EL TRAINEE
The main concept of the web-serie El Trainee revolves around Pablo, who embarks on a new job as a customer service assistant at Banco Estado. The series aims to inspire all employees to deliver excellent customer service, familiarize themselves with customer service protocols, and foster a professional career within the bank.

During the eight episodes of the web series, including the making of, teaser, and animated intro, my responsibilities included video editing,
color grading and post-production.
